Ordering Particulars

Process

For all wedding invitations and other large events requiring over 25 pieces: We will call you to discuss your color preferences, themes, and your style. We will then design 2-4 custom proofs for you in two weeks time. The proofs will contain your specific event information to give you a complete picture of how your invitations will look. We will then talk with you again to discuss which proof you prefer and if any changes need to be made specifically for your needs. We ask that you please be very detailed with us of any changes you prefer. A second proof will be designed and emailed to you, if necessary. We will also discuss any event information changes. If you are satisifed, half of your payment will be due at this time (for materials) along with a signed contract which we will mail to you. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before the invitations are mailed to you.

For all party invitations, baby showers and other small events needing 10-25 pieces: Just as with the larger orders, we will discuss your specific needs and preferences. You will NOT be sent a proof via snail mail. A proof will be created and emailed to you. If you prefer a proof to be mailed to you. The cost will be $3.00 to cover material and shipping costs. If you are completely satisfied, half the balance and the signed contract are due. The remaining balance would be due two weeks before your cards are sent to you.

For all orders requiring 1-10 pieces:After discussing your needs and preferences, we will customize and email you a copy of your proof. Sorry, no proofs will be mailed for small orders. If you are completely satisfed, your full balance will be due before we can begin processing your order.

Time Needed

In order to design and perfect our designs for you, we need some time. Please allow the following amount of time for each order to reach you:

• Over 100 cards/invitations--please allow 4-6 weeks following proof approval.
• For 50-99 cards/invitations--please allow 3-5 weeks following proof approval.
• For 25-49 cards/invitations--please allow 2-4 weeks following proof approval.
• For 1-24 cards/invitations--please allow 1-2 weeks following proof approval.
